Executive Coaching

I help technical leaders ship AI systems they can actually trust. Every engagement produces a triple: assess what breaks, build safety infrastructure, ship evidence packs.

Who I coach

Engagement formats

Format What you get
1-on-1 Advisory 60 min + prep. Tactical decisions on architecture, governance, or team structure.
Readiness Audit 1-week deep dive on your agent architecture against EU AI Act / NIST AI RMF. Written report with remediation plan.
Implementation Sprint 2–3 weeks. We build kill switches, circuit breakers, delegation tokens, and audit logging into your system.
Monthly Retainer Ongoing advisory + architecture review + governance maintenance. 3–6 month commitment.
Pricing: Engagement rates vary by scope, complexity, and duration. Book a free 30-min intro call and I will provide a quote based on your specific needs.

How I work

Every engagement follows the same discipline I learned in performance coaching: measure, identify failure modes, adjust before things break. In AI systems, that means:

  1. Assess — what actually breaks in production? We map your agent architecture against governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001) and identify the gaps that matter.
  2. Build — safety infrastructure first. Kill switches, circuit breakers, delegation tokens, audit logging. The primitives that prevent catastrophic failure before you ship features.
  3. Ship — evidence packs that satisfy compliance, legal, and your own risk review. Every decision has a provenance chain. Every action has an audit trail.

FAQ

What kind of systems do you work on?

Multi-agent and agentic AI systems — orchestration platforms, autonomous workflows, AI features in production. If agents make decisions that affect your product or your users, that is my lane.

Do you work with startups?

Yes. Technical founders to enterprise platform teams. The 1-on-1 advisory is the lowest-friction entry point; the implementation sprint is for teams that need governance built into their codebase.

How does the implementation sprint work?

2–3 weeks. We build kill switches, circuit breakers, delegation tokens, and audit logging into your system using HUMMBL governance primitives. You own the code and the evidence packs when we are done.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. The monthly retainer (3–6 month commitment) covers ongoing advisory, architecture review, and governance maintenance.
